my most recent purchase picked up today, now the intention is to get rid of the cally and use this for the missis to learn then drive in, plus to save on insurance/tax/fuel, as dont do many miles anymore, does need work but has potential i think, just need to go scrappy hunting for some bits now

was a bargain though, MOT till nov, 90K, all old MOTs, documented history

i am considering selling on just got to weigh it all up from the jobs to do list

id say this n/s door is shot lol, no amount of grinding and filler is going to save it

nasty patch on the pillar, will ne screen out and section welding in, not a hard one but time cosuming getting the screen out without cracking it!

and the other side although not as bad, would get away with a grind back and small plate bit
welding in

Interior

it is mint, with a repair needed on one of the cushions as the stitching has come away, no wear patch on the drivers bolster, and the glovebox is not broken.

got hold a pair of doors today, mint no rust at all, bargain ?40, only thing is ive got to get em sprayed up to matvh as i dont think metallic blue will look rite.

fitted some wheels i got hold of from james (j1400), had some tyres whacked on, in true euro dub stylee had some 175/55/15 wide strecthed onto the 7J rims, come out pretty good, a few pics,

also fitted some 30mm rear springs i have lying around,

had five minutes and some *******s have tried nicking it.

early hours of this mornig, bent back the door, got it about 20 yards.

not sure what stopped them as the steering lock wasnt on
??

bust the bumper and the door that i was replacing, usual ignition all bust too.

gods sake, ya cant leave anything anywhere! Mines was nearly broke into few weeks back but luckily my missus's dad caught them at it and chased 3 lads off b4 they cud have a proper go! Need there hands cutting off!

if id caught em id of bloody been put away myself, not the most rational person when im angry lol.

anyway got back tonite and there were two lads in a polo lurking about coming out of the track that leads to my drive/entrance. looked suss to me, took the king lead off this morning though, and it takes 2 to open the bonnet as the cable is stiff.

whacked it up for sale now if anyone is interested ina cheap gsi.

soz to hear bout the little tw*ts doin your gsi m8 had mine dun broken into 3 times and nicked once gets realy diss heartening when ya find ya self replacing and fixing the same old bits all the time. Little sh*ts should be shot not worth anything else. Strange though theve never tried nicking the mrs 1L fiesta. ind you cant blame em with that.
