Silk Violet Paint Needed...where?

where da hell can i get some silk violet paint from, lookd bloody evrywer, an da only places i can find it is if its specially made (quoted mega bucks) anyone know of a cheep source?

Your local car paint suppliers should be able to mix some up for you, My local place will mix any origional colour for ?25 per litre for cellulose.

Or you could try one of the on-line paint suppliers, here's two I know of;

or - if youre feeling like saving cash open the bonnet, get thr paint code off the vin plate and give it to a paint shop (see yellow pages).

If all you want is a cuple of cans, you may be able to get it from Halfords - most biug branches mix up paint now.

and ALL paint needs to be "custom" mixed anyway, its not like paint shops keep in a stock of X colour paints and if someone with a car that they dont have a paint for comes in that they ahve to order it. They have a base paint, that gets colours added to it in a particular ratio etc and voila your paint.
