My car is going in for a respray in a week or two, metallic black is going to be the colour. It has all GTE parts. What parts shouldnt be sprayed iam thinking maybe i should keep the bumpers matt black with the rest metallic any ideas? thanks.

I'm not convinced matt grey bumpers would suit a metallic black car...

I'd get it all sprayed metallic black.

leave the trim along the bottom matt black ie the skirts and back splitter.

tom have you seen that dark silver/grey phase1 2.0 in gosport next to the range DIY shop. it looks awsome! get your car sprayed that colour.

i think grey plastic bumpers only suit cars with solid paint. thats just my opinion though. you can always spray the bumpers at a later date if you dont like them grey/matt black.

The side skirts and rear spoiler (if its a wrap job) were designed to be a different colour so they'd stand out - subtle change to the standard colour. If the cars all black, painting these finer details will lose the overall effect (They'll get swallowed up). Any other colour you could get away with painting bumpers anthracite - but on a metalic black car bumpers should really be colour coded. I'd stick the skirts and wrap though as standard (its not matt black its anthracite).
