push button switch wiring

does any1 have any tips or guide of how to wire a push button engine start switch up?

to be fair its pointless if you still have to turn the key to pos 2 and then press the button...

You will have to turn the key to pos2.
As the switch only does the solenoid 12v, the key still does Ign live.

yea its for the engine start sorry, missed tht bit out. i wna have to turn the key to position 2 cus it will be a peace of piss to nick if u dnt have to do that. and i wna have a car still sitin there wen i go bk 2 it, lol

as said.. its kinda pointless if you have to turn the key anyway. but ill work out the wiring later if you REALLY want it

get the nova max power haynes book thing. its got a good guide in there, with pics. thats about all its good for though lol
