The car was bought from Cumbria as said and was bought as standard 2 litre xe then i took the engine out bought a new block the a coscast head and it started from there now everything on the car has been upgraded apart from bodywork and wheels

Future plans are to get new exhaust manifold as its restricting the power , fill my nitrous bottle change the tyres and a respary in the winter. No 1/4 mile times yet but will have some soon will keep up updated

The Car had throttle bodies when the lad in Cumbria owned it. Were they taken off before you bought it?

Yeah he blew the engine on throttle bodies put a standard xe in and sold it to me and all his other stuff seprate. The engine and spec that it is now has been built by me and LeeH off here from scratch the throttle bodies were brand new from QED. I have hundreds of work in progress pics will post some up when i get the time

Yeah will be a PV if the nitrous does not blow it up before then. I'll be at york next sunday and as many times as i can get there to set the car up.
