shame that! I think thats a Hutchinson cabriolet. bit expensive isnt it! maybe if it had an XE id pay that.

Stuart, I quite agree with you, however imo if it has an XE or something special like 1600 16v with tb's then maybe Id be excited abt that too.
As it stands, for me I couldnt justify buying a standard car for 2500 however rust free it is.

thats the point of those cabs though. they are supposed to be std since they are rare as fook....
even a normal nova with an XE isnt worth much more than ?600 imo but meh

I take your point mate, rare cars. But like I said it was my own opinion. as for XE's being worth abt 600, yeah agree too, its all to do with what else the car has around it for me-suspension, body, wheels, interior, etc etc. Lots of factors in making a price for a car, but that cab is alot of cash.

Too true stuart, I've seen '96 reg corsa merits going for over two grand, can't think why anyone would be daft enough to pay that much for a ten year old shopping car:roll:

It's not my cup of tea, but IMO since they are so rare I think it should be left standard. Even the wheeltrims on it now are wrong and that would annoy me if it was mine!!!
There is a lot to be said about keeping a car standard, I intend to keep my GSi standard, and have it as a "classic" in a few years as I doubt there will be many standard ones left!
