best place to go for a bottom end rebuild

Hi lads!!! I want my 20xe bottom end fully rebuilding ive got ,omega pistons, arp rod bolts, etc etc i just want to no the best place to take it to have it rebuilt . And a rough guide to how much it will cost me
i also want the bottom end lightened and balanced what about john nobles/autosprint vauxhall in the tv mag
