Novadose Rear Bumper

Does anyone know how to fit a novadose rear bumper as mine just has to blocks of fibreglass attacted to the rear of the bumper where the mounting brackets attach on my oe bumper

All you do is put two bolts through the fiberglass blocks (you can take these from the bumper you removed) and feed the bolts through the car into the boot then put the nuts on and its on.
