WHICH JETS etc FOR TWIN 45'S

hI lads!!! Im running a modified xe soon and was wondering (ROUGHLY) which size jets /chokes i will need for my weber twin 45's .The engine is going to be around 200bhp if this helps.Also it's been fully re-coned so i cannot afford for it to run to lean/rich please help

unfortunately the "Best" way to get it right is to go to a RR that can sope with carbs and get them to recomend a setup and or leave your lovely new engine there and let them set it up and run it in
