C20XE fully rebuilt
Block chemically cleaned and painted mid blue.
rebored 0.5mm oversize with new pistons/rings too suit.
crank reground 0.25mmundersize with shell bearings too suit.
ARP big end bolts.
New oil pump and pickup pipe.
All bolts,gaskets and seals replaced,sump does NOT leak!
Head stripped and chemically cleaned,
Lifters stripped and cleaned,
All guides etc inspected/measured ok,
valves relapped and fitted with new valve stem oil seals,
All nuts,bolts,gaskets and seals replaced.
Properly run in on mineral oil.
Run on silkolene pro s 5W40 full synthetic since about 2500 miles.
Just had an oil/filter change,again using the silkolene.
All work was caried out at a local engine re man shop with reciepts too prove.
It comes with a good order F20 gearbox which had a new clutch at rebuild time,also comes with standard ecu,loom and full injection system ready to run.
Its a cracking engine,smooth and tap free,just my plans have changed so it up for sale.
Offers around ?450,
Which is a bargain as it cost 'way' more than that for the rebuild.
