What do you do to it?
I am right in thinming you grind one of the V's off to make it singlefrom a double?

hi mate not that easy as it needs to be balanced so that it does not wobble excessive and throw the belt off etc go to a engineering company and see if they will do it for you mate thats your best bet

you say that but i did my second one with an angle grinder while holding it with my foot lmfao, it also depends what alternator set up you have as well, as onyl one will fit on the nova and hence will decide which pulley you need to start with
Yeah take to a machine shop it'll only cost a few ?? to get it done, i've try'd in the past to do it with a grinder but it only ends up being a mess !!

Or if you wanna spend a little get an alloy one! About ?90 from Courtenay's mine was. With the weight you save it'll add around 10bhp! lol)

hi mate no affence but the courtney pulley wont add that much bhp about 2 bhp if your looky but what it will do is help your bottom end to rev more freely and quicker and stop pulley wobble at high rpm works alot better if its put on a lightend bottom end:thumb:
