the car looks like new

Pretty sure they didn't roll out the factory like that. :p Doesn't look too bad for a kitted Nova, not sure I'd want my Nova looking like that after spending ?15,000 though.

lol it looks awful hate nova bodykits

if u spend 15 grand on a car would you leave the front bumper cracked, have stadard rear brakes and a standard engine

and do it to a car with 18000 miles, if it had 18000 miles to begin with

ah well someone will probably fall in love with it, poor them

Its a tidy shell - think I'd buy the car for 1k then just put GSi bumper, skirts and some smaller suiting alloys, jobs a gooden!

It just looks gay, no contest and you can bet its been thrashed. Why would you do that to a car?? I estimate that i can buy a low mileage '97 BMW M3 E36 , insure it, get a set of coilovers, get AP racing brakes and some nice wheels for 15,000. No contest really is there? (unless he didn't spend 15k)

Even when you get this car for ?800 you're still going to have to spend more money getting a decent fuel cap, spray the mirror base plates, rear number plate sort the wiper position and as for the interior it looks pretty bog standard, got 15k you woulda bought leather bucketseats with a nice chrome roll cage & strutbraces.

Quite easy to spend all that money and not have much to show for it. I have and its just going to look like a standard GSi with a LET in.

Someone should tell these fools that Petrol, MOTs & McDonalds happy meals dont count towards the final value of a modded car.

From what I can see it looks like it's got cheap pattern front wings on, those where the strip under the indicator is a seperate pressing? there seems to be some discoloration at that point, and also the join between the front wings and front panel, if you look through the arpetures in the bumper, they either dont meet properly or there's a big stripe of black underseal there.

Thats where the money should be well spent, :thumb: Id rather have a decent Nova LET than a floor scrapping boy'd up Nova.

Come on guys, it can happen if you end up with engine problems and having to pay someone to fit all the stuff, my brother brought a sapphire cossy for ?4000 ended up needing new engine, overall the problems and suspension he ended up paying around ?13 grand.

I had a ?7k loan for motorbikes, i brought cagiva mito for ?2k ended up with my brother crashing it, then got another loan to fix it and garage ended up bodging it and only got ?900 back from it, then i brought 2 other bikes one being a brilliaint one and made money on it as it was rare. And then i got given the present nova which has already had mods, all the ?1000 is going on it. It can happen trust me, and if he had to pay to get it done then would have cost him, lucky for me my fiancee is a welder and has done many cars up :D.

I spent about ?11,000 on mine in the end,
it had: tuned engine, bailey header tank, full kit, pearl re-spray, custom re-trimmed leather interior, ice with ps2 + tv, 17'' kahn rims, cat 1 alarm, tints, coilovers and front strut brace.

so if he spent 15k he's been done!

like the colour though!

There's an important point you're missing there
ITS A NOVA

lol even if he refitted with a pro-fitted LET I can't see how he could manage ?15k. Probably find he's pillared it a few times and included the costs of jigging it straight.

F*cking awful.

[edit]
Nova GSI CUSTOM, it's only done 18000 miles
Yuhuh... and how many times round the clock?

15 GRAND!? NO FU**ING WAY!! This bloke obvously hasnt got a clue, the front bumper is a R5 GTT from carisma with a huge fu**ing crack in it ("stunning":tard: - i think not)

15K and he must of run out of cash for a decent fuel Cap??

Centre Cap missing (Drivers front wheel)

Evo vent look's like it was attached with superglue!! lol

THIS BLOKES GOTTA BE A TRADER - HIS HISTORY SHOWS SALES OF 6 CARS!!

Also which makes amusing viewing check his history shows he brought a guide on how to fit a Red Top engine!! 15K and you leave the engine??

Im all for bodykits and standard looking Nova's but come on.....

I like one thing about that car, and thats the colour. I believe its an Alfa colour, my mate sprayed his MK2 golf in it, utterly gorgeous.

But you could spray my turd the same colour and get the same result lol
