Jamex suspension

I'm wanting to lower my car, I'm looking to lower it -60mm at the front and -80mm at the rear with some Jamex springs.
How much would I be looking at if I was to use lowering springs only and springs plus dampers?

I don't think Jamex make 80mm lowering springs, but not sure. Best bet would be to get 60mm springs reprofiled to 80. There are a couple of companies that will make you a set of custom springs, i'll try and find some contact details for you.

As for the uprated shocks/dampers your probably looking at the best part of ?250 for some good ones.

I wouldn't recommend just the lowering springs without the uprated shocks, the standard shocks will get shagged easily resulting in a very bouncy ride!
