Could i get away with 38 offset on my nova? or would i have to space? what is the lowest offset i could have?

Some have got away with it but ideally you want as close to 49mm as you can get to avoid increased wear on wheel bearings.

Spacers make the offset worse.
They lower the offset.

What size wheels are they? And what width(j)

They will rub the arch lips.
Might be ok ish,if you have rolled arches.

yeh archs are rolled, i need some cheap alloys what would you all recomend, they are only for the time being must be 15", cav wheels? theres one down scrappy im goin to have a look tomorow but i cant remember if they were 4 or 5 stud
