Cutting The Floor.

right...engines in and running but i have no reverse but i do have fith gear.... so if i cut the hole bit where the gear stick comes thru the floor will this enable me to get reverse and fith? any help is thanked for.cheers.

align the linkage as per the haynes manual.. and try the mechincal forum ;)

shouldn't need to cut that lug off the gear stick,

i didn't have to, with mine, and it was a four speed prior to engine conversion
