I've had that before and the same thing happended when I changed amps, best thing to do is to go over every single cm of wiring.
Ive had customers come into work with problems like that and in some cases turned out to be that there was a little nick in the power cable as they tucked it away behind sill covers or under rear seats + double check you have a good, clean, paint free earth (rear seatbelt anchor point or rear bumper bolt).
If you cant find anything wrong & you still have the problem - what I've had to before is to rip it all out and start again (its a pain I know) double checking the wiring and every conection as you go.
Have fun!!

cheers m8 lol
Try the remote cable where it goes into the headunit, theres f*** all space behind a head unit in a nova and my one got slightly unplugged making it a bit sketchy over bumps.
remote wire
replace the remote wire mate if it does it again i'd be surprised but if it does have a look at your rca's checking they are not stretched as it will damage the wiring inside the lead
I had that problem n it was the remote wire
