jus want to spend a bit of money on the sr. just wondered weather it is worth buying the magnecor leads and better plugs, ie spiltfire or champion eons. also wanna lower it 60mm on the gmax kit with some decent bump stops, is this kit any good?

Don't waste your money on magnecor leads, just have normal plugs gapped properly and normal new leads, the power gain will be insignificant if anything, leaving you to spend on your Gmax kit. Or you could take the extra money you wouldve spent on the plugs and leads, conbine with the gmax cash and you've just got yourself a set of Konis! And dont forget to get new bushes, these make a difference from the 15 year old ones you may have in it now!

cheers for advice.

have got new leads and plug in anyway. just put magnecor ones on a 205 gti before and the performance gain was ridiculous. thought it may have been similar on nova.

will get polybushes with suspension tho. good thought.

Cheers

Halfords Plug leads and NGK spark plugs, just plain ole normal plugs gapped to 0.7mm will be fine for a nova in most states of tune... make sure you renew the dizzy cap and rotor arm.

Gmax does the job, but is a budget kit.
If your on a budget, its good enough.

what else would you recomend for more money that does a 50 or 60mm drop?

Something like Koni, or Yellow Blisteins usually get good comments.
