Or get some trim panels from the scrappy and remove the vinyl. Then go at it as if you were building a fibreglass speaker pod, cut out a mounting ring from mdf, space it off the trim panel to get the angle right, stretch some fleece or an old t-shirt over it, and get the fibreglass resin out. Guide to these kinda projects HERE (http://web.njit.edu/%7Ecas1383/proj/main/)
i had some in the rear quaters awile ago in my old nova, dont think they sounded that good to be honest
and if i had a sub, i defo wouldn't bother with 6x9's

i agree, had 6*9s in the rear quarter and its was the only part of my install that sounded crap. never bothering with 6*9s again, a decent set of amped components sound alot better. also the sound didn't travel well when mounted in the quarters, sounded tinny from outside.may aswell stick a cheap set in for looks more than sound.
also rattle's loads due to the exhaust air vent's.. i covered them up when had my 6x9's there, made an improvement, not that much really

If its quality of sound you want buy 2 sets of components 1 for the front and 1 for the rear run them off a decent power amp, get 2 sets of 5 1/4 component and no 2 way rubbish try to get them about 100wrms ish each I have Rainbow Audio and they sound brilliant although they are quite expensive,
Will make your setup sound much better if you get 6" 9's they will be trying to give out bass when you dont want them to and make it sound naff, a good sub for bass, tweeters from the components for treble and the component speakers for mid range.
Hope this helps

Set of 4" co-ax's probably best way to go for rear fill. 6x9 are overkill & sound poor anyway as they are just LOUD. Made to operate in large(ish) boot enclosures too, so you certainly wont get the best from them.
Dont forget the drivers side has less room in the r/quarter due to the filler neck behind it.

i had some 20cm speakers in rear quarters before
made my own new rear quarters out of MDF, covered with felt to match interior
Sounded very good i think
Try sound deadening inside of area behind tho
