ABS issues on astra GTE

is there anyway i can disable the ABS on my astra gte???i heard some1 say if u remove the fuse this will stop it working??any1 know if this works?

why would you want to disable it?? I can understand disabling TC, but ABS??

Is yours playing up, because id recommend you try to fix it rather than disabling it!

its crap the pedal is always kicking back like the abs wants to cut in, not sure if the abs on the astras is supposed to be crap like this or its my car.how do u fix it????dont really want to spend much ???? on it.rather just disable it if its possible. i prefer cars without abs anyway

IIRC theres a cog on the end of the driveshaft which has a sensor on it for the ABS, if a tooths missing, it starts behaving badly. That will be the first thing to check, weve had 2 astras at PVG with the same problem!
