ive been offered an OMP adjustable strut brace for ?10
needless to say, i snapped it up, but i was wondering if they actually make much of a difference to the handling of the car?
IMO making it 'adjustable' is just a gimmick.
i currently have a bilstein kit (yellow shocks and red springs)

no offence, but some helpful advice wouldnt go a miss....
cheers
Most people say a strut brace is a good job. But i dont know if theres much difference between the different types
Might not notice much difference, but they look cool and ?10 is a bargain :)
it all adds to the rigidity of the shell, and the more rigid the shell is, the better it will handle.

no offence, try it yourself, put it on your car and see if you can feel one. ;)
was gonna say it will help stiffen up the front in the corner, noticed mine right away, have a welded in rearand that helps so much, felt that even on a stright road,

Well said! Surely a back to back test would give the best indication. Seeing as you say you have bought it, GET IT ON!
As for my opinion, yeah I fitted an alloy sparco one & was impressed. Adjustable ones do seem a gimmick but do the same.
the "adjustablilty" allows for the natural variation in the shells...
