Thought I'd do a little guide to the standard cams, Figures are taken from the green version of the Haynes manual.

1.2 carb/12st,
Inlet lift 5.1mm
exhaust lift 5.5mm

1.2spi/C12NZ,
Inlet lift 4.7mm
Exhaust lift 5.1mm

1.3 carb/13sb,
Inlet lift 6.0mm
Exhaust lift 6.0mm

1.4 carb/14NV,
Inlet lift 6.12mm
Exhaust lift 6.12mm

1.4spi/C14NZ,
Inlet lift 5.2mm
Exhaust lift 5.6mm

1.4mpi/C14SE,
Inlet lift ??mm
Exhaust lift ??mm

1.6mpi/E16SE,
Inlet lift 5.61mm
Exhaust lift 6.12mm

C16SE same as E16SE.

If anyone has details of any cam not listed let me know and I'll add it in.

do u what degree the 1.4 cam is mate ?
are standard 1.4 followers made by cam tech or have mine been replaced

Sorry thats the only info I have, and it does sound like your followers have been replaced as I can't remember vauxhall ones have any markings on them.

Standard duration is around the 260ish mark IIRC

Lol at the 1.2i cam, and people wonder why the std 1.2i lacks power.

The values for 1300 cam are 24BT-78AB-68BB-36AT 6mm lift for both inlet and outlet. the rocker geometry should be 1.68:1

258deg inlet duration, thats if the inlet timing figure are first?
