im just wondering if any of you guys have any information or a general walkthrough on how to carry out a engine conversion from a 2.0l turbo calibra into a nova

It's essentialy the same as an xe conversion, although you also need to think about radiator-to-turbo clearence, and where to mount the intercooler. Valvers.com (http://www.valvers.com/) has a good guide for fitting the larger engine.
