Rebuilding a 1200 engine very soon and got prices for all gaskets e.t.c today

also was going to get new rockers e.t.c as im putting in a kent cam

for one standard rocker for a 1200 nova ?14+ vat

for one standard lifter for 1200 nova ?18+ vat

How come your rebuilding a 1200, would it not be wiser to save the money and put it towards rebuilding a bigger engine?

You can get a new set of lifters off ebay for about ?20 odd, buy it now.

Of course a non standard engine transplant will bump your insurance up quite a bit so it depends on your age and budget really.
