Gaiter

Need to buy a new gaiter for the Nova. My current standard rubber gaiter has split and the split is getting bigger. Plus the gaiter seems to be getting quite greasy on the outside :confused:

Anyway, anyone recomend an after market gaiter, preferably Leather.

Any pics would aid in chosing :thumb:

my girlfriend brought me 1 of those gear knob and gaitor sets and i found i had 2 use the bottom bit of the original gaitor as the new gaitor wouldent streach over the bottom 2 hold it down
you problery dont understand what im going on about but realy ive tryed my best lololol

Mate I found a gaiter that is made for the Nova only. Some guy off ebay has got a shop for this kinda stuff.

Heres the one i bought for 9.99 real leather apparently.

well it looks wide enuff at the bottom so should fit let me know what the fits like once youve fitted it mate

Yeh I aint got a clue why either. :confused:

I'll get some pics up of the gaiter when installed, hopefully with no problems as it says on the ebay page.

issent it just a matter of removing you center consol and your old gaitor then refitting the new gatior after this is done just screw you centor consol back in place

try a later corsa leather gaitor will fit, i have one fitted to my nova and the indiators stalks from a corsa nice upgrade to the nova, just get the full gaitor from a corsa and push it in the central console part from were the old rubber gaitor was, if you arent happy with that take the plastic frame out of the gaitor and fit it

Was going to recommend somthing like a Corsa gaitor, I fitted a Mk2 Astra gaiter on my old 1.0, nice tight fit.

I got the gaiter i bought off ebay yesterday. Looks quality very good stiching and look.

Im just trying to get it into the shape of the current gaitor. Coz it doent have any shape it flops when fitted. So im just fabricating something to get it to stay shaply kinda like a Cav MK3 gaitor.
