Couple of questions if anyone knows:

are 1.0L nova (carb) fuel tanks the same as 1.3L (carb also)

AND

Will a 1.4 cam fit a 1.3?

Yes to the cam, don't know about the tank

The 1L tank doesn't have a fuel return. IIRC 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 carb are all the same though.

As above, the 1L tank has no fuel return, so its different.
Cam will fit, but i think the dizzy drive is different, so i dont think a 1.3 dizzy will fit the 1.4 cam.

ahh forgot about the dizzy drive, 1.2/1.3 have a slot in the cam whereas the 1.4 has a round hole about 6mm, aftermarket cams usally have both though.
