nova radiator

i recently bought a nova 1.2 and i,ve noticed that the radiator does not get hot,temp gauge go up into the red but does not over heat.
all the heater matrix pipe are hot and top rad hose but expansion tank and bottom rad hose is freezing cold plus fan does not kick in
can anyone help me with my problem

your thermostat is ****ed and is not letting water into the rad to cool down


get it fixed straight away before you worp your head

new thermostat fitted to day top rad hose luke warm bottom one freezing cold as is expansion tank

Fan probably won,t come on in this weather and expansion tanks don,t get very hot anyway imo,are you sure there,s no air lock?:(
