Have any of u gat the abssy kit & is it easy 2 fit or it the some work needed (89 nova sr)
if it a f**k on then wot else could i go 4

I've got an abyss kit. I had the front, rear bumpers and the skirts, but i'm now getting a type-k front. I didn't fit it myself, but I know that there are no ready made mounting points on any of it. You have to make up brackets for it all to fit. I know a couple of people who are trying to fit the kit at the moment and are having a few problems. Ask Sy, he's having a bit of trouble with it. The kit is good for the money, but i'd get a bodyshop to fit it if i were you.

but not colourworx coz they refuse to fit abyss kit after they saw the quality of danny 5door's rear!

i have the front bumper and to fit it i just removed the side brackets from my old bumper and fibreglassed them on to the side of the abyss bumper and then i just redrilled the wing to line up with where the bracket is. i just used big nuts and bolts to bolt it on to the irons at the front. a bit fiddly but it works.

im working on this at the mo. im tryin to find a way of fitting it with ease. i may take moulds of the kit to use and try different methods. im tryin to find a way of fittin thr full kit.

and novaworld. where are the pics you were gonna mail me of your kit in detail. if you forgot them no worries send them to novaload2001@yahoo.co.uk. can you tell me how the skirts were fitted to yours please.

i'm gonna get one of these kits for ?400, i live near liverpool, does anyone know a bodyshop that will spray and fit it for me, and do a GOOD job. also, does anyone have a rough cost for fitting??, coz i'm not exactly in the money at the moment :|
