nova sr boot problem!

i cam to open my boot on my 1.3sr and the key will not turn so i cannot open my boot any ideas wonts wrong?

sounds like the lock has gone or maybe the rod behind it that pulls ya lock up to open ya boot gonna have to change lock or try to pop open the boot from the inside..i delocked my boot and i use a wire from the lock to open it from the inside hope this helps cheers

pull the cover off from the inside.

Unbolt the handle (assuming after E reg) & remove lock to latch rod.

The boot can be popped from the inside. Dismantle the lock barrel & clean out the innards with WD & grease up & put back together in the order it came apart.

Just spray WD40 into the key slot.
Mine keeps doing that, must just be water getting into the lock.

Wd40 sorts it.

they can freeze up in cold weather. Like already mentioned, WD40 in the lock should solve it.
