nah the metro is better!!! haha, i got vids of one similar to that, me mates a steward at croft he took a vid of some blue metro looking similar to that, 3litre v6 or something sounded AWSOME!!

Apparently the spec is kept rather quiet by HKS, a quick google turns up this (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=%22the+HKS+celica%22&btnG=Search&meta=)

Basically an AT200 (i.e ST) with a tuned GT4 engine and some other tweaks. Dunno why they chose the AT200 chassis as afaik its not any different in terms of weight to the ST202, and the 202 SSIII has susperstrut suspension... although handling probably isn't a concern on a qtr mile car lol

Fensport have/had a ~400bhp ST205, and I think Karen from GT4OC has around 440bhp from her 185, but apparently she has a lot of trouble with it.

fensport are upto about 650bhp i think now which is pretty poor in my opinion and i used to love how everyone kissed karens ass cos she had over 400bhp. the yanks are getting almost 1000bhp out of them. oh and karens one is dead now by the way she stripped it lol
