enlarged throttle body?

just reading tv and in the courtenay ad they have enlarged throttle bodies(singular). any good or just ****e? cheers!:thumb:

Depends on your engine whether available or not. work very well with induction mods etc.

I sold a tb to a lad on MIG for him to enlarge on a 1.6 GTE engine in a mk3 Astra, he got back to me saying it made a noticeable difference & sounded throatier.

courtney's v6 and XE throttle bodies are bored out a couple of mil and have a larger butterfly. But you can modify them yourself, especially the v6 item as it has a bulge at the bottom that you can grind/file away, might be worth looking at your own tb to see if you could do this.
