well the rear arches are a bugger to fit but not that hard just need to make sure they are perfecly lined up what i did was drilled 4 holes in the section just below the window and countersunk 4 bolts to secure it to the shell then i titand it all up and welded the nut to the bolt from the inside of the car the key to this is making sure your bolts are in deeper what in meant is when you feel the bolts on the rear panel they are in deeper ,so you can get a nice thick coating of fibre glass on there http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f272/knukkles/DVC00199.jpg

but the wide arch is genarelly an easy job for an expeirenced person
just think hard before making any progress because the more times you screw up with such things as drilling, trimming and securing the panels the brittal it will be and it wont have as much stregth i hope this pic will answer any other questions you might have about the wide arch kit

well the good thing about the wide arch kit is that on the rear before you aplly the new arch you can cut away about 4inch off the origonal arch allowing you to apply big rims and also to be able to lower as much as you want to get the desired stance for the car also you then do not have to worry about exess waight being put in your ride so really you can then really do what you want , the sideskirts are a bit tricky but they go on easily and the front arch is a direct replacment for the old one but what i did was cut the indicator surround and the front bumper mounting plate off the old arch and moulded and rivveted it to the new arch so i cauld bolt the front bodykit as i wauld normally the front kit and the back kits all go on with the wide arch kit with no problems sorry for the long post but hope this will help
its sounds like qite and easy job thanx for the info, ill be hoping to put some 17's on should fit no problem now i gotta wait till i get paid so i can buy the kit! i dont know if you seen on supernovas they got a kit on there but, is this the whole kit or is it archs? cus its only 200 quid i think, have a look for youself

I do hope you plated the gaps between inner and outer arches on the rear after cutting them back, you don't want a soggy interior!!

when i fitted my wide arched kit i cut 6 inches up from the original arch then bashed the inner wing up to meet it, welded it too it and then trimmed, make sure before you bond your arches on you ruffen up the shiny paint job you may have so the fibreglass sticks, make sure you use fibreglass too and not filler as filler sinks and cracks, befor doing the drivers side be sure to extend your petrol filler neck too unless u move it too your door piller.
