Ive logged back on here to reply to this thread mainly, I met rob throught novaload when he was selling parts from the Astra gte he bought for the 16v engine. He lived around 4 miles from my house, so went round to look at them, ever since then ive known him and that was 2003. His nova was second to none on mintness and he was always cleaning it along with my car (cheers mate) this goes for his ST150 that he worked so hard to buy and maintain. Im devastated as ive lost one of my best mate, he would do anything for anyone who needed help. and him and i spent many nights fixing engines and cars..

Im gonna miss you buddy, up there looking down upon us, hopefully showing us the right way..

Some of you may have read and replied to the post regarding courtenaynova aka rob cox aka (peanut!!!)lol.
Anyway for sake of putting the record straight about one of the most sound lads i have ever known.Yes it was rob who was driving but for those that knew him like i did you would know that rob was an advanced driver he attended rally schools he was sensible and always alert. this just prooves that accidents do happen and unfortunately when they do they take those dearest to us wheter it be friends or families.
Robs funeral will be next monday at 12.00 midday so if you can all spare some thoughts for a truly great mate and undoubtedly an absolutely brilliant brother to chez his little sister.
If some of you are at his service i will see you there.
Again thankyou for reading this and the response to the first post really did mean alot to me just i never thought i would ever in my life be writing such things about one of my mates especially at this age.
Rob, i will be seeing you on monday mate.missing you.Scott.

p.s) Me,Frank,Andy and a few other lads are sorting you out some crackin flowers...we know you like pink...only kiddin we'll do you proud!!!

R.I.P Courtenay-Nova/Rob:

I am gutted for all who have lost a valuable friend/loved relative. I sincerely hope they can all draw strength from knowing how well he was thought of by others, and that one day they may be able to move on with their lives.

Edit: On the subject of cracking flower arrangments One of my friend's dad died and he had an arrangement that was laid out as the Chevrolet "bowtie" logo as his passion and hobby was racing his 7 litre camaro. Looked awesome!

I believe slatter has put a sticky on main page regarding directions for robs service.its at st nicholas church in kings norton green at 12.00 midday and as both cheryl and slatter say please attend if you knew this great lad and dear friend.plz dont think that you'd be out of place because we all will be,as we should not be laying peanut to rest.taken so young but just look at how many people rob cox helped, befriended and made laugh!what a dude!
I might bust the good ol scream mask out again mate and the horns lol. he knows what i mean!
