i was wondering if this would work(apoligies if its been up before)

i was wanting to put an 1800 block form like a cav into a corsa ...then use a 1300 head and a cam housing with a mechanical pump so i can run a twin choke pierburg 2e3.....

questions im wondering is if the 1800 block will bolt straight on ,,,and a carb fed head will go on top so i can run a twin choke on top?

just wanting posible problems im gonna run into ...i as the corsa is spi ill need a new coil but ive got the top end off a 1300 sr handy so have most parts ....

yous no what i mean ...jsut want an 1800 carb fed corsa ...bit different
tell me how its gonna go wrong and anything else that ive forgotten ?

you have NO chance on fitting a 1300 head to a 1800 block, due to the fact the 1800 is a large block!

any suggestions then?

as ive said i want a carb fed 8 valver ...the bigger the better ..but i dont want any hassle

what about a 1600 block? will it go straight in and surely it will take the 1300 head?

any'big' engine will take work to fit into a corsa, and carbing them is even bigger work!

1600block depends on what the blocks come out of!

why a carb aswell?

thats gonna require more work tho surely ...with mounts etc ...i just wanna up displacement from a 1200 to as big as possible and just lop a nova sr top end on for now
