"car has ben fitted with a brand new shell"
err sorry but is it just me or does that sound a bit wierd?
^ Does sound a bit odd. I don't see what the problem is, the crap is removable isn't it?
Anyway, if someone were to put a bid in of, say, 2p, would he supposedly have to sell it via eBay or does
looking for offers not selling on ebay selling privatly
cover him?
His spelling is brilliant, he must have put a lot of effort into that advert and must want people to really take him and his car seriously.

Ebay will probably (or should) remove the listing, as according to their T&C's you're not allowed to put up ads that don't actually sell anything - Most people who put up ads for breaking cars etc say something along the lines of "please do not bid, this is to advertise yadda yadda... winning bidder will only be sent a bolt from the car" so the winning bidder does technically win a physical object.
