Hi guys I have just got a new weber on a 1.3 manifold and I will be fitting to my 1.4SR (I wont be using the manifold I got with it)
On the back there is a small pipe (not fuel as too small) can anyone tell me what this is?
Also will I need to use a fuel pressure regulator?

Cheers

Hi Colin,

I would say that it is the vacuum advance for your ign timing.

you need a regulator as the Weber doesn't have a fuel return like the original Pierburg does.

You can get a t-piece but even then i had problems with the float chamber flooding.

needs to be set at 3.5psi, only cost you ?25 from www.burtonpower.com

You could go to another town and try the scrappies there, or try one of the places that stocks the "generic" parts for nearly every brand, they might be able to source one.
