A little heat will also help, like a hair dryer or heat gun (be careful) its what I used + I used it to take of the 'b' pillars black tape.
Give it some rev

With a heat gun it only took me an hour to do both sides and I used an ice scraper to peel up an edge and then i could pull it off.
The same for the door foam tape behind the bump strips, heat it up and then you can just roll it off with your finger.
