Not to sure, think it maybe a 1.4/1.6 16v on TB's couldnt get close enough when bonnet was up :(
Dont think its anyones in here.
Looks sweet. Shame no bay shots, probably got something equally as good as it looks fitted.

there a 14in and not the common 15in R10 ronal turbo's. Think these are rare to get hold of as ive only ever seen 2 sets and this being 1 of them.

2nd pic looks wicked. I love the grey bucket seats, they almost look like they match the early cloth rear seats.

set of 16" speedlines or softstars and it would be mint (dont like small wheels although them ones are quite nice)
nickwalliams, sorry mate but u talkin gash! that is absolutely superb, and would be ruined with speedlines or softstars. may as well put venoms and a kingdom spoiler on it!
NickWalliams

how the fcuk are speedlines or softstars associated with kingdom spoilers and venoms?

I believe speedlines or cav gsi rims are the best wheels for novas and arent related at all to body kits etc. However speedlines on that nova would completly ruin the originaly look of the car. that car is one mint muthafocka.

i agree, speedlines would take away from its euro looks completely, love them wheels and the colour!

Lovely car - suspected it was the grey 1.6 16v from the PNG show from the pics. Well spotted Keith!!
The rocker is in Ferrari style crackle finish if I remember - Tidy as hell!

The owners name is paul (uses the name SBD16V on Mig) Top fella he is;)
I believe they are walshy's old wheels and his had them refurbed.
Is easily up there in the top 10 best novas in england in my opinion, everything is done to a very high standard and the new euro look is spot on.
He owns an evo aswell, goes out to the ring everytime i am out there and think he intends taking the nova out this year. Would love to see him try and get it on the ferry and out of the carousel!!
Karl
nickwalliams, sorry u didn't understand my comment.
What I meant was that softstars and allessio's, nice wheels that they are, are NOT euro look, so putting them on a euro look car is as daft as putting venoms and spoilers on a euro look car. I am not associating kingdom/venoms with speedlines/softstars, but what I am actually saying is that NONE of them are euro-look! So NONE belong on that particular car, as they would ruin the euro-ness(!!??!) of it!
Cheers
ahhh he does live in ware then. ive pmed him a couple of times on mig lol.

Hi everyone thanks for all the comments, it makes it all worth while now...
As someone already pointed out the engine is a 1.6 16v on throttle bodies, and the wheels are walshy's old 14inch sparco rally wheels which i got painted anthracite and then diamond polished.
The way i got it that low was by getting some -90mm springs made up for the rear and coilovers on the front, becuase of the small wheels it never rubs even when you are nailing it round the bends.
Glad everyone approves, wasnt sure if the euro look would go down that well but it seems to have done.
Sorry if I woke you up stuart....lol

I was in my friends green polo 16v with twin boxer pipes.
Looking at the williams on the rollers id say its a little mental on the road lol
Sounds superb with the side exit!!!
Sparco's..... dso we were ALL wrong about the wheels LOL!!
Give it some rev

totally agree, i think the wheels let the car down. im into those red rear lights. just goes to show you dont need tons of fiberglass to make a car look good.
i think those wheels look but better than softstars(eeww) and speedlines as there both soooooo commen, and you never need fiber glass to make a car look good...crap maybe..
Now these are proper euro wheels.... iwas gonna use them on my car but i can't get 256mm brakes behind them. Thay'd be cool on a gte/gsi/sr etc where big brakes aren't used.....

i'VE GOT THEM ON EBAY IF ANYONE INTERESTED???
How come too wide Stu????
with a 195/45/13" tyure they fit under nova arch perfectly, if you have the rear arch trimmed/folded

Borbet 'C's?
Stu, they's look super-stretched? i was gonna run 175/50/13"'s Yoko a008r's (mini challenge tyres!) and they looked stretched on....
really dont want to strech slicks... too much load will go through them to keep them on the rim safely.
plus they are over ?50 for the 4 lmao
