For a '91 1.4 sr can anyone recommend a cam and an exhaust manifold and system. Also are K+N bolt on filter any good .Thanx

K & N bolt on filters are good!!! i put on my slow as fuck 1.2 and it feels like a new engine. It revs more freely, u get a better engine note, and it feels a lot more powerful!
