I know its far too OTT but Dan put loads of effort into that thing, certainly pulled the crowds a few years ago at PV.. in fact I think it was the year my Turbo was actually roadworthy!! lol (2004 I think)

its because he initially sold the car cheap to go travelling so i dont think you will get in touch with him for a while, hes planning on coming back and building one ten times better last time i heard. massive bhp/engine spec with a bigger more mental kit etc?

yes, i was there - got pics of both - best year that was - also silk violet/chromed gsi and pink with black wheels jobbie - there were loads that year..

yeah, I remember that car too :), especially from PVS 2004, when it was in the middle of the NL stand and mine was on the outer ring. So it was in the background on most of the pics of my old Red Baby :cool:

well i swap'd it with a mate of mine, who swap'd it for a corsa.
may mate said the kid was from wales and he was a proper gimp didnt look after it.
he left me some new cd's in car and snatch dvd so im well chuffed lol

car is in worse state than i first thought all inner wing has been bent,
got bumper off and rebuilt it looks like new,
passenger door solinold is fried so fitting a handle to inside so i can pop door(also is better for me as i need to let people in lol)
should be back into the car u all saw in 2004-2005 by PVS
winter work will be
an f16 gearbox
r1 bike carbs
lightened flywheel
cams
coscast head
early c20xe crank
uprated clutch
rear discs
maybe 50bhp of nitrous

I was pretty suprised to hear it was near me. Never saw it round here but think it changed hands at least once when it was down here. They are a bunch of tools around that area when it comes to cars. Dont look after them properly :mad: .
The Tenby and Saundersfoot area lads I know take much better care of their cars, just seems pembroke/milford/haverfordwest area just run them into the ground or dont seem to maintain them as well.
Glad somebody has bought it and going to take care of it, because that was a nice car when Dan Payne (think tahts his name) built it.

got all doors opening and closing, front bumper is about finshed just a blast over with some laquer and its finished, all ice is now sorted, got wing back into shape, just had a service.
should be ready for PVS

someone is making a batch of these ali knobs up somewhere will try and find it for you. will get you a pic of the knobs if you require them, i dont really like them as they aint got anything on them so you dont no which way to turn them and the heater doesnt work anyway on the car as they have all been covered over. some ruff en's around lol

only thing thats changed from them pics is its got dtm mirrors on now and not them little ones lol
the interior is same apart from one of the subs and boxes have been removed and the small kicker amp has been changed to a kenwood and the door cards are now plain black with speakers in the door cards and not the door build.
