Has any1 ever considered putting a corsa dash into a nova including clocks. If so how was it done and does it fit straight in cos i hate my current grey 93 dash and clocks and i want something different.

Its been done!!!!!

The post was on Roybacer!!!!!

It was 100% PAG, I spoke to him about it!!!!!

But you have to weld in the Corsa Steering rack!!!!! Thats Hassle!!!!!

Do whatever it takes to be different though!!!!!

Look at Karthik........19's thats 1 huge wheel for a lil Nova!!!!!

Big respect to the guy!!!!!

OK, being diff. is excellent, but making your car dangerous/undriveable isn't! Welded steering racks is Not Good!! As for Karthic, his car doesn't even look like a nova, and to say it's got 2.0 16v turbo its got very slow acceleration, probably cos of 19" wheels...

Yep micky your right m8 it was the steering column mounts, that?s what he told me anyway, I cant see it being that hard if you get all the other stuff from the Corsa as well i.e. heater matrix all the pipes.
Think I?ve got a pic of it http://www.perpetualbliss.net/car-pics/gallery/corsa-dash-in-nova-3 looks well fekin mint if you ask me

Why not build a total one-off dash?

Peeps have been doin' it on the custom car scene for decades.
Use the same heating, steering column, clocks etc, and build a custom dash around those.

Mix a match bits from other cars, such as heater vents, switches etc and make something unique.

Peeps with modern-day cars are so far behind is has to be said....we get so excited over the simplest of mods....try cutting the chassis in half, extending it by a foot, welding on the back end of another car, chopping the roof height by 4 inches, removing 2 inches out of the height of the rest of the body, then you may just have something as modded as a led-sledge.
