thermostat for 1.3 head on 1.4 block

i have fitted a 1.3 head to my 1.4 bottom end should i use the 1.4 thermostat or the 1.3 i looked in haynes an theres 7degrees opening difference

Either should be fine.
I would use the 1.3, as that what the head is.

so should i change fuel pump to 1.3 aswell as it it running on 1.4 cam housing with 1.4 pump ?

1.3 pumps are the same as 1.4 ones.
