This is a serious poll ...opinion seems to be divided amongst the Nova Community as to whether the tailgate should be flushed or not. Various arguments for and against...
Please simply state "YES" u would do it and like it, or "NO" its fcuking pants...

Looks good on some, but pants on others.
Depends on the rest of the kit, wheels and colour. I'm not bothering doing it on mine, 'cos I like the standard tailgate.

My colour will be some sort of red, normal GSi kit, rear clear clusters. 17's.

how about getting an early tail gate (one's with no grab handle) and removing/smoothing the lock?

it looks good on some cars, but seems to be too much work as most people wouldnt notice the difference, only nova bods!
depends what you prefer! do you like it?
if you do, then do it! do what makes you happy!

It improves the rear look so much its unreal.
mines semi-flushed (De-badged, colour code bumper)havent got round to unscrewing boot lock n that yet

I've got the old style tailgate....i.e without the huge grab handle, which is quite clean looking as it is...hence why I'm not bothering flushing it. I might de-lock it though to make it smoother.

looks well......if its done properly, not with just a hole cut in the bumper for the number plate and the light turned round so it points outwards insted of on the number plate! :P

i think im getting mine done when it goes to be finished, cos theres not many round wrexham with it so it'll look different!!:D
