that looks seriously nasty! try vauxhall or ask a local bodyshop if you can have a look though the catalouges that the panel suppliers give them. If theres no luck you'll have to make the panels yourself.

It's a shame the full set of presses were never auctioned off by vauxhall like the mini ones were, someone could have set up a nice business with those at their disposal, just look at this,http://www.bmh-ltd.com/minishell.htm

id put it back in its box and send it back to wherever u got it from. joking aside either make some urself as there very easy to do or just fabricate an angle pice around the rusted area, u dont have to have any by law if there not there.

the front part of the inner wing in that pic that should almost touch the outer wing is basically just a spray guard to stop crap being flung off the front wheel straight at the a pillar and door. I cant see why you couldnt get away with plating the triangular area and then use some rubber sheet/mudflap material to fill the gap between inner and outer wings.
