GSi window surrounds

How does everyone fit these in? Looks like there was a rubber seal or somthing around them, could i just seal/stick them in?

Trouble then would be getting them back out if ever needed to.

As ar as I'm aware they're just held in by the window rubbers?

its goes
surround/rubber/glass!

place the surround around the window hole, then put the glass and rubber in as norm, and the glass and rubber holds it on

What confused me was having some broken up foam on the frame where it came out of the old car. I will get some sticky foam to put on the frame first.
