will covering my boot and engine bay have problems when comin to m.o.t ??

hi guys ive recently covered my boot floor in foil and also my water run drains near the battery tray:cool: will this make it harder for the m.o.t when it gets to it having it done:eek: ???all help and suggestions would be greatfull thanx dal:thumb:

sound deadening makes no difference at all, because if you are planning to just hide rot with sound deadening the MOTtester will see straight threw it as they've probably seen every trick you can think of

:wtf: rust hiding??? no i recently spent roughly 150 pounds for welding done to my boot corners and some other tiny bits i was told that if i tell the m.o.t place theyve been welded from the inside its fine:D i admit it will look like ive tried to cover something but thats not the reason ive done it lol

To sound deaden you need to use absorbent dense material inside gaps, such as boot lid, and inside of the doors.

and why the feck are you sound deadening you batery tray? take it your having a system and false floor, if so they wont evan get too your floor.

lol lol lets face it all these boots going round lookin dull when u open em up least itll look decent when i lift up my<false floor>where certain bits will be......... im one of these people that when they get something they cant have it the colour it came in ive gotta change it or do it the way i like it :cuckoo::roll: only reason i asked about it is because of the m.o.t but i now know that the m.o.t bloke would wanna look around it maybe poke it lol lol least it looks ok tho....
