Door Cappings

ive just gone 2 remove my door cappings and the window winder is stopping me how do i remove the window winder? cheers

its on a circlip

have the winder so it points up, the circlip should unclip downwards then

im not sure if its a circlip or not its like a black washer and dosent push out anyway

yeh, i see your problem

you have to open up the clip and slide it off, the clip opens where the arm is.

you will need some long nose pliers or circlip pliers

well its 2 late now 2 go playing around outside with the nova so ill leave it till 2morrow now and ill let you know if i mastered it novatek lol

anyway you use a tea towel or bit of rag to work the circlip loose

can i just add, how do you remove the plastic surround that fits onto the door opener???

Yup, there's a couple of tangs top and bottom. Careful though as I managed to break one of mine prising it off lol
