how do i fit my dtm mirrors?? there not fitting!!!

:thumb: hi guys i recently bought a set of dodgy lookin dtm mirrors with tinted mirrors .as i want to renew my old ones with these ones i cant seem to fit them onto the door where the old ones went due to the dtm mirrors having 4 screws......:wtf: would this be due to not having the backplate for dtm mirros maybe?????:confused: your help would be greatfull thanx very much email me at lollyslover26@ntlworld.com for pics of car or mirrors thanx.......:D

:thumb: hey man very nice of u to look about for me it looks like they will fit them yes but how would the back of the backplate be secured to the car is this how easy m3 mirrors or dtm mirrors are to nick cos they pull em off??:eek: concidering the back plate has only 3 holes for the 3 screws thats on the mirror itself???:confused:

cheap plastic that breaks easy is how they get nicked, the back plates screw to your mirror n then whole lot screws to your door like your standard mirror does?
