Gearboxes?! in the correct section this time

Since ive had my car(just over a year) the gearbox has always been a bit rubbish (flicks out of gear when pulling away, crunching etc... so at the end of the month im looking at getting a new one fitted. what would people recomend? i currently have the standard 4speed box in there, not sure on the code, but ive been told an f10 box from an sr or an f13 box from a gte would be better for acceleration? Also, how easily could i get hold of a gearbox?

Also, what would be the best cam to use in my 1.2i? i dont want anything stupid, but again ive ben told if i use one from a better model, it will give some sort of gain? maybe a GSi one?

as for the GBX, my comments were made on PVG ;)
F13 CR box + a 4.18 final drive. There is a list in the tech articles on PVG for the gearboxes and what they came off aswell as the FD swap guide which contains most of the gearbox removal stuff too
