GSI dashes

wots the deal with putting in a gsi dash into say my mk 1 sr??
wot all u gotta change behind the dash? ie heaters, ne wiring, clocks etc??

any info much appreciated

Its not very hard. I just completed my MK2 into Mk1 swap. Mk2 dash and Gsi are the same. Its just the wiring that might take a bit of time. The plugs for the hazard swith, headlights etc are differently shaped but have the same coloured wires so its a matter of matching up! Apart from that it pretty easy!

I've got one to put in at some point. As far as i know you can keep your current clocks if you want.

Apparently the real pain is the heater matrix. I think Mr Sanders has a trick for doing this though.
