heat it up with a hair dryer or heat gun and peel it off. Any sticky residue remaining can be removed with T-Cut. Check for rust b4 you start, bcoz the vinyl hides rust very well, you could peel it off to reveal an incredibly rust door/wing/arch!

use a hair dryer not heat gun.
heat guns can get too hot and could remove paint too.
get a magnet and run it around the vinyl strips... if it loses its stick there is rust behind there.

I used a heat gun on mine, it was fine. If you are going to use a heat gun then don't hold it too close and don't hold it in the same place for too long. You only need to warm the plastic, not melt it, if you hold it in the same place too long you will tarnish the paint behind the vinyl. I started using a hair dryer but it blew up, bcoz hair dryers aren't really designed to be on for 2 hours !!! So I got the heat gun out and it worked a treat, much quicker than the hair dryer, but as wisewood says, be careful wiv it.

I had fun removing the B-pillar vinyl using the hair-dryer method...it took bloody ages, 'cos it was peeling off in teeny tiny pieces! Does the SR lower-body vinyl come off quite easy then, and in large pieces?

if you do it carefully you could do both sides in about 3 hours. you have to heat it just abou thte right amount, if you heat it too much it goes too stretchy and melts, if you don't heat it enough, it breaks off in tiny pieces. when you do it watch the vinyl, the edges will start to shrink up and then you know thats enough. heat an area about the size of a dinner plate and peel slowly not quickly. try and work in strips as well so your not left with loads of little bits.

dont bother arsing around like that...
just heat it up a little bit at a time and peel slowly and carefully...
it'll take a while but if you are carefull not to pull it off in tiny pieces and dont over heat it it's a piece of cake...

Kyle mate....you worry about leaving it half way through??? I've got one rear-arch missing at the mo.....it's all cut away ready for the new arch to be welded on (can see through to interior)...it's work in progress as Damian says, so peeps will see that ;)

I've also got one side skirt missing, and a sill that's in primer (white on a Red car!), and I have been driving around with the back bumper missing for a few days...don't worry about it!
